This vest is very nice. The leather perfect thickness, not thin or as heavy as some vests I purchased, as I have six vests I purchased over the years. The leather has nice dark brown color, looks lighter on the web site. If want a brown vest this one is well worth the $99 price I paid. Once I received it, I ordered a second one I liked it that much.
