Hot Leathers Men's USA Made Premium Leather Classic Motorcycle Jacket

Just received this as an early Christmas present to myself. As the company asks, I looked over just about every seam and stitch on it, flawless. TOP quality craftsmanship! Where to begin? According to my calculations, I needed a size 48. Played a hunch and called and talked to Jason. He got my measurements from me, consulted with the craftsmen in the shop, and said they told him a size 52 would be the best fit for me. They were right, fits beautifully! My guess was way off, and their's was dead-on.

The first thing I noticed was what soft, supple leather it was compared to my old one. Immediately loved the large concealed-carry pocket. There is one on each side if you are a lefty. I'm sure YKK makes all different types of zippers, but this one is like butter on the front. Never had a smoother zipper on anything. My old one had almost bell-bottom cuffs, so large that they were hard to keep within gauntlet gloves when riding. This baby has either tapered sleeves, or the zipper portion by the cuff tapers down to a nice cuff fit. The gauntlet gloves fit great over them, and I doubt they will billow in the wind without them. The rest of the features are much the same as my old leather (pockets, belt, glove straps on the shoulders, etc.), but the difference in craftsmanship is remarkable. As is usually the case, you most often get what you pay for. VERY happy with this jacket. They took your basic, mass production, highway patrol leather that others sell and fine-tuned every aspect of it to perfection.

I haven't gotten it on the bike yet, but wore it to work last night. When taking my smoke breaks out back (upper 30s), I was snug as a bug in it. I don't think I could be MORE pleased. Highly recommended.
