I wrote 2 reviews giving this jacket 1 star due to the lack of service I received after we discovered the original jacket was defective. The first person who responded to me at the company did not do anything, which was the cause of my reviews. However BeBe reached out to me and apologized for the initial treatment from the original person and she went out of her way to replace this jacket after she agreed that it was defective. I now have a replacement jacket and am very happy about the service I received. Too often in the last couple of years customer service has deteriorated everywhere and it is very refreshing to see that Hot Leathers does stand behind their products and will make sure everything is taken care of.

Bought this jacket in December 2021, not used too much. Jacket has started to tear in 3 places, not at the seams, but the leather itself. Also pocket material was not sewn correctly which has caused the zipper to jam. I have taken this to 3 different leather repair shops that specialize in leather jackets, and they also verified that the jacket was not made in America. These are obviously defective, and the company has refused to take any responsibility for this. I only wanted the jacket repaired as I originally thought it was a very nice and comfortable jacket, but this company offers no help at all.

size is spot on and the concealed carry pockets are nice for right or left hand
