How it Works & Important Info

Upgrade Explained: For the dates listed above as 'Standard Rates,' we will do our best to upgrade your shipping method at no extra charge to meet the December 24th deadline. This is based on available inventory and carrier volume at the time of your order.

Order Processing Time: All orders must be placed by 2:00 PM EST on the cutoff date to ensure same-day processing and shipment. Orders placed after this time may be pushed to the following day.

Carrier Disclaimer: All transit times are provided by the carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and are subject to weather, holiday volume, and unforeseen delays. We cannot issue refunds for shipping costs due to carrier delays.
