The National MS Society Connecticut Chapter is hosting their 10th annual MS Motorcycle Ride on Sunday, July 25, 2010. There was a great turn out last year and 2010 should be even bigger. Things get kick-started with registration at 9:30 am at Cadillac Ranch, 45 Jude Lane, Southington, CT. The beautiful, 50-mile ride starts at 11am and returns to Cadillac Ranch for a barbeque hosted by Outback Steakhouse, live music, prize drawings, vendors and more!

The event unites bikers and raises funds to benefit the thousands of Connecticut residents battling multiple sclerosis, a potentially debilitating disease that disrupts the central nervous system. The MS Society helps those diagnosed with MS to manage their symptoms and live the best life possible while trying to find a cure.

Registration is $30 per biker and $20 per passenger. Fees include the finish line BBQ. For those without a bike, you can participate, too. Just $10 to join in the finish line festivities! For more information, visit the MS Motorcycle Ride page.

Pawtucket, RI – Hot Leathers had a great day with the PawSox last Saturday! May 15th blessed us with great weather and a terrific turn-out at McCoy Stadium. Thanks to all who came out to support the Rhode Island Community Food Bank by giving to the food drive. With your support, the PawSox organization gave the food bank a much needed boost so they may help many families in need.  Many bikers and their families took a spin on the Hot Leathers Prize Wheel, walking away with free T-shirts, Leather Jackets and more! We had a lot of fun, met some great folks and helped out a great charity.

On January 12, a series of earthquakes with magnitudes ranging from 6.5 to 7.3 devastated Haiti.
